Drill.meme is a digital content service that provides real-time cryptocurrency token analysis, alerts, and market intelligence. Our service has the following characteristics:

• Time-sensitive information: The data we provide has immediate value upon access and cannot be "returned"
• Immediate delivery: Premium features and data are accessible instantly upon subscription activation
• Continuous service: Our platform analyzes tokens 24/7, and historical data accessed cannot be unseen
• No physical goods: This is a purely digital service with no tangible products

Due to the nature of digital content that is immediately accessible and consumed, traditional refund policies applicable to physical goods do not apply.

Legal Framework: Under European consumer protection law, consumers normally have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to withdraw from online purchases. However, for digital content and services that begin immediately, exceptions apply.

To cancel during your trial: Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription. Cancellation is immediate and no charge will be made.

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Here is what happens when you cancel:

• Immediate processing: Your cancellation request is processed immediately
• Access until period end: You retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period
• No automatic renewal: Your subscription will not renew after the current period ends
• No refund: You will not receive a refund for the remaining time in your current billing period
• Data preserved: Your account data, favorites, and settings are preserved

After your subscription ends, your account will revert to the Free plan. You may resubscribe at any time.

Once your subscription is activated and you have accessed our paid content, no refunds will be provided. This includes:

• Change of mind after the trial period has ended
• Forgetting to cancel before automatic renewal
• Dissatisfaction with market conditions, token performance, or trading outcomes
• Unused portion of a billing period after cancellation
• Decision to use a competing service
• Account termination for violation of our Terms of Service

Rationale: As explained above, Drill.meme provides time-sensitive digital information that is consumed immediately upon access. Once you have viewed our premium token analysis, alerts, and data, that information cannot be "returned" or "undelivered."

We believe this policy is fair because:

• We provide a 24-hour free trial to evaluate the service before committing
• You must explicitly consent to waive your right of withdrawal before subscribing
• You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges
• Our pricing is transparent with no hidden fees

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund or credit at our sole discretion:

• Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error
